Engaged time is measured only while the app is visible and you have interacted recently. d. Support Chat Messages
When you use Chat With Us, we store the messages exchanged between you and authorized Socialz administrators, along with message timestamps and read status, so both sides can continue the same support conversation.

• To enable redirects to those profiles on Instagram

• To maintain the functionality and security of the platform
